Onboarding Graphics Illustrations
CLIENT: Custom Ink
Illustrations designed as visual aide to present common customer ordering scenarios for on-boarding employees, utilizing the company's branding colors. This was a multi-department collaborative project; different style and process concept art (below) was created to present to other departments for feedback. Illustrated assets were used for company posters, web banners, and training materials.
TRAINING WIKI MASCOT DESIGN

Created mascot design to be used as a digital, visual teacher for Custom Ink’s internal training wiki, which could be accessed individually or used in group training sessions.
DESIGN UPGRADES COMPANY PILOT

CLIENT: Custom Ink Sales Team (Customer Orders)
Artwork created for Custom Ink Sales Team as part of the company’s Design Upgrades Pilot. The project tested offering both original designs and enhanced design alternatives of customers’ original uploads in order to increase sales and improve customer service. The pilot was highly successful and was incorporated into Custom Ink’s Creative Services offerings.

CONTENT UPGRADES COMPANY PILOT

CLIENT: Custom Ink Sales Team (Customer Orders)
Provided design upgrades to help navigate content or copyright-sensitive uploads as part of the company’s Content Upgrades Pilot. The project focused on providing customers with alternative designs to fully replace copyrighted material and reduce order cancellation rate. The pilot was successful and later incorporated into Custom Ink’s Creative Services offerings.
